We do an annual golf tournament for the V Foundation that has been fairly successful.
Other groups on campus do kickball, football, and cornhole tournaments. These are more for student/other greek involvement because they're fairly easy to organize and participate. Golf brings out more parent and alumni involvement. You really just need to decide you're target auideience.
