Revisions to Advantage

The latest Phoenix has an article about the revisions made to Advantage. Among them are:

-the amount of required hours has been halved
-the Advantage teams have been eliminated (we just have Ruby/Pearl sisters and bigs/littles)
-the required activities for initiates and seniors have been eliminated (you can now choose the activities you want to do)
-there is a larger variety of activities to choose from to fulfill your hours or your capstone
-and my personal fave, the CD-rom has been eliminated and we once again have a written history in our member manual. YAY!!

Wonderful! I had heard that there were changes coming, but I hadn't gotten details yet!

Hopefully my Phoenix is sitting in my mailbox at home right now.
