Anti-Hazing PSA from Phi Delta Theta Fraternity
I got this via the NPHC listserv.
Thanks to the national fraternity of Phi Delta Theta.

I'm confused.
Was it hot or cool?
Good for Phi Delt to make the effort.

Inintentionally, with consent, is NOT hazing. NPC and NPHC and IFC and anyone else you want can redefine all day long; it doesn't change the meaning.

I'm not sure if your first word was supposed to be "unintentionally" or just "intentionally"...can you clarify?
What about how the state laws have it defined? Some (maybe all?) have the law written to say that consent does not automatically exclude the event from a hazing definition.

Consent makes no difference. If the law says it's hazing -- it's hazing.
