Minority Greek Expansion

I've been annoyed at some school's expansion policy for multicultural/minority Greeks. In fact, some don't even have a policy!! And they end up making one AFTER a group of students express interest in expanding.

Have other organizations faced similar problems? How did you deal with this?

It seems like the Greek Affairs office at some of these campuses are not familiar with multicultural Greeks and have shoved them to the side...
