Anti-Greek Fanatics
Ok im at work today and i can wear what i want so im wearing letters. Well this dude comes in, looks me over and comes back and says hey why are you in a fraternity(in a condecending tone). So im like well contrary to popular belif, we do a lot of good for the school community and the community at large(in a smartass tone). So he's like well you guys are nothing but a cult who gang rape women and haze. Now after laughing for a sec im like ok let me guess...you've never been to college. He's like no but i see it on TV. So im like ok stop watching Animal House, PCU and tabloid Tv and go read the truth. Then he totally blew up on me saying that i think im better than he is blah blah blah. I was getting pretty pissed and im like look dude...sorry your too ignorant that you believe everything you see on TV or you think im better than you but get a life and find something more constructive with your time than to come up with ways why greeks should be outlawed. I almost said that he wouldn't have gotten a bid anyways cause he looked like he got beat with a bag full of pennies when he was a kid but i kept my cool. I usually just blow it off but for some reason i got sick of hearing about how bad we supposibly are. I just prove greeks aren't bad by my actions and my GDI friends see that and stick up for greeks when people talk bad about us which is cool, cause i think thats the only way to change people's minds...them to see your actions and not facts you throw at them. Oh and i was also like...hey i think there are more raping, hazing drunk non greeks than greeks so does that mean that YOU should be outlawed instead of us. He's like um um um shut the f@#* up. Then i laughed and was like ya ya get outta my store and go gripe elsewhere.
Sorry this was long but i had to get that off the chest. I just hate ignorant people.
