Talking A Gratitude Thread

I've often heard that having a gratitude journal can be very helpful in making a person step back and realize that--all in all--amazing things happen everyday, and its wonderful to be alive.

The way it works is that you list things that happened to you that day that you're grateful for. It can be really big or really small; it doesn't matter as long as you take the time to acknowledge it.

I know this sounds hokey, but work with me! Let's use this thread to help all of us acknowledge the things that we're grateful for. Use it when you're feeling wonderful, or use it when you need a lift. I don't care as long as you use it! I truly believe that when you put your gratitude out into the world, good thing come back to you a million times over.

I'll start. I'm grateful for something I recieved in the mail today. It was completely unexpected and I was so touched by it. It made my entire week. I'm grateful for my dear friend and I'm grateful for the loving thoughts behind the gift. You know who you are. Thank you.
