I'm not exactly sure how the affiliation process works for local sororities going national, BUT I just wanted to say that I'm really happy you all are interested in Delta Zeta!!

The pledging process is a maximum 8 weeks long, which I'm pretty sure is the same in all chapters. I'm not sure what kind of adversity you're talking about, but if you have any more specific questions I'm sure that myself or anyone else on this board can (or will try!) to help you out.
Yes, 8 weeks is the standard length of pledging... As for handling adversity from your school, are you talking about problems with other Greeks or with the administration?
