Boost Morale/involvement!
I'm a Kappa at TCU (Epsilon Alpha)... and we are having problems getting our girls involved. For example, we have the boys philanthropies that are like week-long events and girls just don't want to participate... we get a group of 5 or 6, but out of a chapter of nearly 200 that is terrible!
Any suggustions as to how to get our girls more motivated??
