Boost Morale/involvement!
 

I'm a Kappa at TCU (Epsilon Alpha)... and we are having problems getting our girls involved. For example, we have the boys philanthropies that are like week-long events and girls just don't want to participate... we get a group of 5 or 6, but out of a chapter of nearly 200 that is terrible!
Any suggustions as to how to get our girls more motivated??

Our chapter is actually working on that, too.

A big thing we've been doing is taking a step back and seeing if we're overprogrammed. How many events do you have a week? How much time are girls spending on Kappa stuff?

And, as our alumnae keep repeating, you cannot do every single Greek philanthropy that comes around. There simply are not enough hours in a semester.
