Less than 24 hours to go...

In less than 24 hours, I'll be a newly initiated member of Alpha Phi. I'm approaching this moment with so much hope and so many expectations. I know that my experiences as an alumna initiate will be completely different than those who were initiated as collegians, and I'm okay with that - it's the sisterhood that means the most to me above all else.

So I ask you my Sisters: do you have any words of wisdom/advice you'd like to share with me (and Midwesterngirl) on the eve of our big day?

Exactly what I would say. There will be so much information, but not overload. Listen to everything being said, but most importantly, cherish the ritual you are taking a part in.

An early congrats to you, as I will be in San Antonio tomorrow initiating the newest pledge class of my chapter, which includes my grandlittle who I will be meeting for the first time.

There are only a few last minute parting words i can say...

1. listen to everything in the ritual it will go by fast! It is truly beautiful!

2. wear comfy shoes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3. know as an AI your a sister thru a thru. I thought the same thing , "oh i didnt do this as an coll. and that was ok i know i am a sister that is all that counts!"

4. KNow were all thinking of you two!
