If an undergrad is initiated and then transfer to another school and is voted into the chapter at that school, is their name supposed to be blacked out on the scroll of the first school?

I'm a transfer and I just wondered if my original chapter was supposed to do that. ZN, this seems to be a topic that would fall under your bread and butter.
