What happens after graduation?

Hey everyone, I just had a question...my chapter is just a few years old, and we don't have an alumni chapter set up yet. Sooo, I have pretty much no idea what exactly the alumni's role IS. Yes, I am quite the ignorant one, hahaha

Do you still hold meetings and events? Also, what sort of structure does an alumni chapter have? Do you write up your own constitution? I'm very interested in learning about it since alot of us including me will be seniors next year, and we should probably get cracking on starting our own alumni chapter!
