Exclamation Removing Recruitment Counselors from pictures

Hi all,

So I'm in a local sorority but at my school we are represented on Panhellenic Council. This year two of my sisters sit on the Panhellenic E-board, and will be recruitment counselors for Panhellenic Recruitment. As a local organization, we rush separately and have never gone through the process of disassociation of any of our sisters.

For this semester, I am recruitment chair for my our sorority. So what I am wondering is how most organizations go about removing the disassociated sisters from pictures. For example, in composite photos, in powerpoints, in scrapbooks, on our website, etc?

I feel like its awkward just covering their face but I'm assuming that's the only way. Also how should I explain this to PNMs?
