I think he is referring to the BGLO tradition of strolling at parties. It is.. well if you haven't seen it I don't know that I can really describe it to you, not at it's best. It's line dancing, but cool. It's expression of all the love you have for your org on the dance floor..its..its... hella fun!
You basically have to come up with your own strolls. In BGLO's each org has their own signature moves that they do (AKA's have the mirror, Alpha's have the train) and incorporate into their strolls. Of course we all use our hand signs as well (pinkies up Sorors!).
You have to come up with your own. If you have a hand sign, use it. If you are not a part of a BGLO, you might want to ask someone who is to help you out. Good luck!
