Sleep Temperature
Okay, I live in a campus apartment that has an air conditioner similar to that of a hotel. The unit is located in the living room/kitchen. No central air for this 500 square foot apartment therefore it is a constant 78-80 degrees in my bedroom. I broke the rules and went to Lowes and purchased a window unit so that I could sleep comfortably. I got caught and the director of housing told me to take it out. He said that he sleeps with the air on 75-77 degrees at night. I told him he was a liar. I feel 68-72 degrees is the best range for comfortable sleep. What do you think?
