Big sis/lil bro or Big bro/lil sis?
I don't understand the concept of that the whole Big sis/lil bro or Big bro/lil sis.
So apparently I'm being pushed to get a Big sis. What's the purpose of getting a big that's the opposite gender? I understand having a big within my own fraternity. So why do I need to get a Big sis? I heard it's looked down upon from nationals but people still do it anyways. What are the benefits?
I met a nice girl at a social who wants to be my Big sis but what does that really mean?
Sorry if this is a stupid question but I'm rather confused at the moment.
