I've been on a pilates and mild weight lifting kick for the past 4 months. I've lost six pounds so far and I'm starting to get some nice core stability!
On Mondays and Fridays I do light weight training, mostly just legs and core, very light weights and high reps, then aqua jog after for about 15 min. Tuesday-Thursday I either do the elliptical for 35-45 minutes and aqua jog for 15 min or I swim for about 35-45 minutes.
Well, this is what I did last spring, I'm going to try to get back to it this summer.
