Recruitment at a school with a fledgling Greek Life?

Hello there,

I'm wondering if anyone has been through a recruitment at a school with a fledgling Greek Life (started less than a decade ago) with fewer than 5 sororities and 10 GLOs altogether? I've been to a couple of recruitment parties with a ratio of 2 or 3 sorority members to 1 PNM. There was an average of 3 PNMs (including myself) at each party - what is the likelihood of getting a bid in this situation (this was Fall Recruitment, I intend to rush in the Spring).
