Canadian Costs?

My parents will not allow me to join a sorority because they said "the dues can be outrageous".
Exactly what are the average dues for being a member of a Canadian Sorority (specifically UWO!).

Any thoughts or helpful hints as to change my parents' minds are much appreciated!
