The Peterson Award chapters are good. My undergrad chapter won the Peterson last year.
A former Grand Consul spoke at our 20th celebration a few years ago. He said that whenever he visits a chapter he asks himself, "Would I want to be a Sig here?" If the answer is yes, it's a good chapter.
