AOII License Plates?!

Okay, I had a sister here in Johnson City ask me if the AOII license plate for Tennessee was still available. I wasn't even aware that there was one. Does anyone else who lives in Tennessee know anything about it?

I think I read somewhere that they were working on getting a TN license plate if people were interested. I'm under the impression that they aren't yet available. Check on inCircle...that's probably where I read about it!
