Bailing out the biggest loan company

Bank of America is spending Billions of dollars for Country Wide Mortgage who loans 1 out of six loans and were going to file bankruptcy!

Who is at fault for this fiasco?

ARMs, and schmoozed by slick sales people or stupidity by the buyers?
