If you hit it off with your new housemates, they will probably do everything in their power to talk you up to their sisters at recruitment, but there are no promises you would receive a bid from them. It's not just up to your housemates.
Also, I can't see why they wouldn't be aware that if you go through recruitment, that you should have an unbiased recruitment just as they did. Anything else would be dirty rushing. If they turn out to be good roommates and you join another sorority, I can't see why things would need to get awkward at all. You are roommates sharing a house and have common and separate interests.
If they are having their sisters over for a sisterhood event, it is still your home and they should clear any events or parties with you. They can't just arbitrarily kick you out if they decide it is a sisters-only night if your name is on the lease.
Find out if this is going to be an issue, and if it is you may want to consider finding a new place to live. Although if this is a house for sisters, I can't imagine why they didn't fill the spot with a roommate who is a member of the sorority if this were the case.
