Hi everyone, first time poster, semi-long time reader. A lot of fellow alumni of the old Gamma Zeta chapter over at University of Mass. in Amherst read this board so I wanted to give everyone an update.
A small group of us have started to form an alumni group to help get Gamma Zeta started again. There has been an online petition started by members of the alumni group that I wanted to share to help gather alumni support;

Anyways, they've got over 50 names in just a few days, so if you are a Gamma Zeta alumni or know someone who is (or even just a Lambda Chi Alpha that supports the cause) go ahead and pass on the information and sign it! Hopefully our nationals will get word of it and the process of getting Gamma Zeta back up and running will happen soon!
If you are a Gamma Zeta alumni, I expect each and every one of you reading this to get up out of your chair and lend a hand. Great job by that group of alumni! Keep up the good work. And to everyone else, let's continue to make Lambda Chi the best fraternity ever.
