Crisis Communications Management

So thats the name of my new class, and for a final project we have to draft a crisis communications managment plan for a business/entity. I think I will do a national fraternity/sorority - if anyone has a PR perspective - please share. Although, there are already a ton of resources out there - I like hearing from real people.
