Crisis Communications Management
 

So thats the name of my new class, and for a final project we have to draft a crisis communications managment plan for a business/entity. I think I will do a national fraternity/sorority - if anyone has a PR perspective - please share. Although, there are already a ton of resources out there - I like hearing from real people.

I helped write one of these for Delta Tau Delta a few years ago, but have no idea where I put the stuff.

You can probably get better stuff from J-Schools anyway.

While thankfully I have never had to deal with a fraternity crisis first hand, I am a PR practitioner and a chapter advisor, so can certainly comment on particular issues that a GLO has to deal with WRT crisis management.
