Child Support and Jesse
I know many people don't financially support their children, and THEY KNOW it's wrong; yet there are many people that do. The Child Support system should make every effort possible to assure fairness in determining the real needs of the child. Jesse Jackson pays $3000.00 per month in child support; yet the mother of the child wants more. One child, and $3000.00 a month is NOT ENOUGH?
Also, visitation rights are not a part of the agreement!
I saw a report on CNN that a man that had decided to marry a woman with a newborn did so. Some three years into the marriage, he decided to get out of it. The mother, aware of the fact that the man was not the biological father of her child, demanded child support. Despite DNA proof, the court still ordered him to pay support!
SOMEBODY HELP ME UNDERSTAND THIS!
