How to make your pledge class feel special

Update your website on bid day or shortly thereafter to recognize the new pledge class in some way, a picture, a list of names or even a "welcome to our wonderful new pledges". I know you are busy but posting a picture would really make them feel special (along with others who look at it and say -wow - they are really excited about their pledges). Family and friends at home, alumnae and rec writers would probably like to see this. Tri-Delta at UF took the time to do this last year and it really made a big impression. (This is someting you can prepare in advance with your webmaster and just insert the picture at the last minute.) Look at how many of us on GC love the bid day pictures.
