Attn: GC Fashionistas! I need your help!

My company has an annual big conference type thing that lasts about a week.

It's coming up.

Very quickly. (As in less than a month)

I need a DRESS! Preferrably a black cocktail dress with an A-line silhouette that's not sleeveless. (at least some type of strap is preferred)

I'm not a fan of clingy fabrics like matte jersey.

Please help?

I'm desperate! I've scoured the malls to no avail.
