it's not really quick, but 3x a week my workout routine never changes. 100 sit-ups (including a little pilates), 25 (I try) push-ups and about 1.5 hours of a morning constitutional (walking).
open mouth. insert big mac... hey, you burn some calories lifting and chewing.
sorry, I suck at fitness... I have found that having a dog is a good source of exercise, but it is a lot cheaper and less of a time commitment to join a gym. On the other hand, my dog forces me to get outside and move!
