interested while being an athlete
Hi , I tried to see if there were any other useful threads available. But I just had a question about being interested in your org. while also being an athlete. I have interest in joining and I would like to grasp as much advice, info on time managment, juggling both, etc., as possable. Also, are there any athletes, coaches, who could help me out as well... EVERYONES help/advice would be greatly appreciated!!
Thank you so much!

I am not a Zeta, but we have had athletes interested in Delta, too. A lot will depend on your coach and how they feel about sororities.

that is the main reason why i waited sooooooo long to even attempt to show my interest...my coach is a Zeta, but it never occured to me to ask about the different orgs.; I personally had a lot of growing up to do- a lot that had nothing to do with school, being an athlete or anything like that- personal issues that I don't believe my coach knows about to this day. Fortunately, I have owned my differences and know that those are the things that make me unique. Everybody is climbing a mountain, we all get to the top in our own special way.

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. has many members who were student athletes...quite a few who went on to become professional athletes.
Like anything in life you decide what is priority. There is no cookie cutter way to pursue interests, (which is why none of my Sorors have answered your question) If you are having a problem with time management, google "time management" I am sure a ton of information will pop up to help you better manage your time. And there are classes on time management as well.
Read the thread on "Our House": Read before you post." and you will get the best advice ever.
