I don't hear much of co-ed, do they exsist?

Also where can I find a... master list of all the Greek Organizations?

Thanks.

Yes.

You can't find a master list of all the Greek groups ever but if you do a search under "master list" you will find some links on here.

There are plenty of co-ed professional GLOs, but few co-ed social GLOs. Among the co-ed socials are Delta Psi (St. Anthony Hall) and Alpha Delta Phi Society (an off-shoot of Alpha Delta Phi Fraternity). As you can see from these websites, both St. Anthony Hall and the Alpha Delta Phi Society are pretty small, although St. Anthony Hall in particular has historical prestige.

Look at your local library for a copy of Baird's Manual of American College Fraternities. Also check out GC's own Ariesrising's Greek Info Pages.

Forgive me if I'm making unwarranted guesses based on your login name, but I'll pass on a reminder that most if not all symbols, names, etc., of GLOs are registered trademarks and cannot be used without permission from the GLO's HQ. Again, sorry if I'm assuming facts not in evidence.

There's a small number of coed social orgs at my alma mater. Two of them were chapters of national men's fraternities that decided to admit women, whereupon their national charters were dissolved. They've operated as local groups for at least a couple of decades. Two others started out as local groups. There's also a chapter of Delta Psi.

Why aren't there more? My guess would be that there isn't a lot of call for them. I myself wouldn't have felt comfortable in a coed GLO, and I didn't even look at them during rush. I can't really say why. I lived in a coed dorm, and I had my sisters, and that was right for me.

My guess is that you're right. If there was more of a demand for them, there would be more of them to meet that demand.

Alpha Phi Omega, it's the biggest fraternity in the country (it's service based, not social).

Rutgers has two co-ed, local social fraternity called Gamma Sigma and ADE.
