Sigma Sigma Sigma and Billhighway Agree to Five Year Partnership


Woodstock, VA - Tri Sigma national sorority has formed a five year partnership with Billhighway to help manage their organization's collegiate chapter's finances.

Billhighway is a web-based finance and accounting software provider for member based organizations. Tri Sigma will be using the Billhighway Global product to manage their collegiate chapter finances and to gain greater visibility of each chapter throughout their organization.

"Making the transition to Billhighway is exciting," said Barb Stone, National Treasurer. "Billhighway has already had a positive impact on our organization's finances and membership base in the short time we have worked together. Although change is difficult for some, this change is a very positive one for Tri Sigma."

Tri Sigma will begin to make the transition of its 106 collegiate chapters across the country to Billhighway's Global products. Tri Sigma and Billhighway began working together in the fall of 2007. During the pilot period, 15 chapters were using Billhighway for their chapter finances including accounts receivable and payable and payment processing. As a result of using Billhighway, Tri Sigma chapters experienced a significant increase in their cash balance, average net gains per chapter and were able to gain greater visibility of their chapter's finances as a whole. Hannah Beth Salter, Alpha Zeta Treasurer remarked on a recent survey, "The site is easy to navigate"; Michelle Staples, Eta Sigma President remarked on that same survey, "We previously had problems collecting money but we have had minimal problems this year" and Bree Ogle, Psi Financial Advisor remarked also, "Not having to remind ladies constantly about paying dues was definitely a benefit."
