Ladies of Sigma Gamma Rho:
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. That community in general lost a wonderful person as well. A little girl lost her grandmother. And most importantly that was so senseless.
I think I am more angry than sad. Angry to see that "getting yours" means more than life of a person. Why must our society continue to be so heartless and so sinful. I feel like this cycle may never end. But I know and I hope that this story and others like it will make us all of us more respectful of our fellow human and value life a little more.
Remember material items are a quick fix, but love and GOD breed happiness eternally.
Once again my condolences and a prayer to all that have ever been touch by brutality......................
