What makes your GLO so special???

What is it about your particular GLO that sets it apart? What makes it so special? What was it about your particular chapter that grabbed at you & made you go there instead of the others on your campus?
This is all just out of curiousity. Feel free to be as personal or inpersonal as you like.

Gamma Theta chapter of Sigma Kappa at Long Beach State:

The ladies were more than friendly. I COB'd so when I first met them, there wasn't this atmosphere of formality. Just a bunch of gals eating pizza waiting for FRIENDS to come on. Two of the girls got into an argument in front of me regarding some issue while the others tried to diffuse the situation. A gal came in later upset b/c she was failing a class & was having problems with a boyfriend. All the others comforted her & talked to her. Finally, one gal in particular sat with me the entire time & just talked to me & listened to what I had to say.

I was amazed b/c they did not try to hide the fact that not all sisters get along all the time. They showed me many sides to what sisterhood is all about & I just knew right away that I had found something special. When I later learned about the history, traditions, & rituals of Sigma Kappa, I was truly honored on the day of my initiation to become part of such an awesome group of women.
