Watching Carbs
Lately I've started watching my carbs. I've put on wieght over the past couple of years and I hate it! After seeing my dad on his low carb diabetic diet I've decided that it's not just a fad thing and to give it a try. I've been doing really well so far but it's hard to come up with low carb alternatives sometimes! One of the things I found that I ADORE is splenda, a sweetner that's made from sugar but no carbs and no calories. With equal and stuff I get an after taste but this stuff tastes just like sugar with no after taste! Is anyone else out there watching their carbs? Any tips? Favorite low carb meals and snacks?
