Wrigly is an awesome ballfield. I guarantee you will have some difficulty finding cubs tickets though. Blue Man Group will probably be around $50 (i don't remember the exact price) from the theatre. If you spend a little extra, you get the poncho seats which are worth it.
I don't know how much you're willing to spend, but scalpers outside the stadium start lowering their prices hard-core after a couple innings.
Try eBay and Craig's list. The Cubs reseller is owned by the Tribune company, overcharges like none-other, and is a controversial way to avoid revenue sharing among the MLB so avoid it.
