I was talking with my bro about grills and how I prefer charcoal grills because as a kid I always helped my dad with the coals and lighter fluid and matches and watching the huge flame. The food also turned out great as well. I just finished grilling and I thought how simple it would be to turn a knob and the grill would be hot and the food would be done quicker. I dont know, what are everyone's thoughts?
