I have the Winsor Pilates tapes, and I really enjoy them. But remember, woman cannot shape up on Pilates alone. I like to do Pilates on the same day I do my cardio workouts, or if I'm doing a longer workout, I'll do 2 days of cardio, 1 day all weights, 1 day aerobic weight training, and 1 day of Pilates. I also recommend the Jennifer Kries Pilates Method videos, you can find them at Best Buy: 3-D Toning, Precision Pilates, and The Perfect Mix.
As for a workout program, there are many suggestions at
Video Fitness on the discussion boards, as well as
Fit Prime and the
Firm Ya-Yas board at ezboard. Not all of them solely incorporate videos. You can substitute a run, elliptical trainer, etc for the cardio days. All of the boards are free.
Videos: You can't beat the Firm tapes. The Firm has been around since 1986 and is known for innovative workouts incorporating aerobics and weights in the same workout. You can check them out at
Collage Video in addition to checking the sites I already mentioned. PM me if you want to know more, I've learned quite a bit about fitness videos!
