Should I try to just go for this sorority? I really wanted to join a sorority last semester but I didn't do the process right, so If i don't get in for the spring now, it will be too late because I'm going to be a senior soon. Also, how do I know if its guaranteed bidding?

It looks like Oneonta has only 3 NPC sororities.
In NPC recruitment, you do not "go for" a single sorority. You meet ALL of the organizations and are invited back to subsequent rounds. I am not sure how the local, MCG. etc. sororities on your campus function.
Since you rushed last semester and did not receive a bid, I would assume that there is no guaranteed bid in the process at your school.
