I totally felt it. I was working at a client out by SFO that does cargo shipping with semis etc. We totally thought a semi hit the building. It was shorter than usual and very abrupt!

I rarely feel earthquakes

Unless it's a bigger shake, I'm the same as I rarely feel them.

Now that I think back, I think I heard it but didn't feel it. I was in a school building and I was in the rear section of the 2nd floor. There is an ally behind this building and echos are common. That's what I thought it was, someone was moving heavy equipment like a large garbage dumpster or something of the sort.

Normally, the building at work sways even during small quakes. But I didn't feel a thing. And I am ok with that.

3.8? That is a non-earthquake. Do you know how many of those (or just under) the west coast gets daily?

lol, I know. Apparently we had aftershocks that were in the 2 point-something range. *eh*
