ITT we chit chat about horror movies that scared the crap out of you.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gMLPnk9-6MM
It's Holloween weekend so, I thought this would be a fun thread. So, what horror film really scared you?
I'm still gonna have to say Paranormal Activity. The first one.

Saw Paranormal Activity the other night, finally gave in. My boyfriend has been trying to get me to see it forever. I'll admit it scared me, but I guess because of the hype I was expecting it to be worse than it was. I don't intend to see the second one, though, because everyone has said it's scarier than the first.
I swear I couldn't finish The Exorcist. I know it's shoddy special effects, old, and a little campy, but it's scarier than any new horror movie I've seen. Or maybe just more disturbing.
I'm great with blood, body parts, axe murderers, no problem. I'm not squeamish. But for whatever reason, ghosts and demons...can. not. handle. that. I've been that person that couldn't sleep for 2 weeks after seeing Emily Rose. I'm willing to bet my sleepless nights from Paranormal Activity aren't over either.

I'm a wuss as well, don't watch horror movies, even Discovery Channel shows on hauntings freak me out.
Love medical and forensic things though... just the paranormal stuff freaks me out

I cannot handle anything scary.
My bf recently convinced me to rent/watch The Strangers.
I was terrified of answering the doorbell for weeks.

I saw Psycho in middle school with my best friend. For weeks after that I locked every door that I could before I showered. Turns out she did just the opposite and put up a clear shower curtain and made sure she had a way out at all times just in case

PLEASE tell me what it is!
I love horror movies. I have taken to international horror movies these days, and I recently saw the original (Spanish) version of Quarantine called REC.
Parts of it actually really scared me!
