Ideas for raising money/getting sponsorship to build a house our chapter

Aside from Alumni/Family donations, I'm having a hard time thinking about how to raise money for the house. My school doesn't have a greek row and only one greek organization has a house, which they're renting out. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas they can contribute as to how to raise money so we can build a house for our chapter?
