Another Black Council?
Do you ever there ever will be another black council such as the NPHC since there are so many other black orgs other than the Divine Nine?

So which one are you referring too? I know there are many black orgs out there but none are even close enough to obtain membership into the NPHC even if they wanted to. Some chose to stay independent. There are many mulit-cultural councils out there to chose from but just one black one that I know of.

Is there really a need for a separate council for BGLOs? ((BTW I hate that term with a passion, but can't think of any other way to describe it.))

Well, I suppose if you all really wanted to, you could dissolve your current councils and petition to join the NPHC and see who would qualify. Then there wouldn't be any separate councils.

What I meant was another council besides NPHC. I can see the purpose in them, but not in having more then one council for each type of group.

The NPHC is not easy to join.
Nor would I advocate joining the NPHC if I knew of an organization large enough to qualify.
