soldiers in Iraq need sponsors

I understand this is not the right place to post this but I figured it would get viewed most here! I'm currently on my 2nd tour here in Iraq! We are looking for a sorority to sponsor our company here in Iraq! Any one out there interested??

What exactly do you mean by "sponsor"? And why does it have to be a sorority?

there a lot of soldiers that really don't anyone to talk to other than fellow soldiers! Possible send them care packages pretty much anything the "sponsor" has in mind! Maybe email from time to time!

You could look into singing yourself or platoon up for programs such as:

www.soldiersangels.org

www.adoptasoldierplatoon.org/

www.adoptaplatoon.org

Also have you looked into contacting your FRG back home and letting them know that some extra support would be helpful for overall troop morale?

I was actually a sponsor through adaoptaplatoon.org, which was mentioned above. I havent done it in a couple of years, but when I was in the navy, I was thankful for the carepackages and letters that random people sent to me, so when I separated from the service, I wanted to give back the same way other people had done for me.

I dont have experience with the other websites, so I cant speak for them.
