Though its a little hard to navigate greek life in CUNY (because greek life is close to nil at most schools), check the individual school sites.
Alpha Sigma, a local, is pretty popular amongst the bigger CUNY schools-theyre active at Lehman, Brooklyn, and I want to say Hunter.
I'm sure some of the NPHC orgs have members who attend (I remember some events hosted by Kappas and Deltas there in the past) and some multicultural greeks as well.
