Actually I started doing this every-other day thing.
No starving, and you don't feel deprived.
Basically, every other day I go vegan having little or no oil, no bread, and no granulated sugar. There is a LOT that you can have actually and there are no limits on how much food (but being sensible is wise).
The other days, I eat normal food and just don't go crazy (eat normally).
I have lost two dress sizes in 3.5 months without adding additional excercise (time is valuable).
So, this will help you loose weight in a safe and sensible manner without being too fast or too slow. It also doesn't cost much and is super easy. Yay!
