Hi Ladies,
As promised, here is the challenge. Its modeled after one I did at ediets.com (which is a great website if your serious about losing weight). I'm going to lay down the rules, and feel free to jump in at any time and start the challenge with us. I'll be keeping track of points, and I hope someone else will keep track as well. To test it out, let's go for a month, until 5/23/06 and lets see how we all did!
Rules:
You get one point for doing the following things:
-Drinking at least 64 oz. of water for that day
-Sticking to your healthy mealplan (or within your caloric intake)
-Exercising at least 30 minutes that day
-Noting all food intake in your food journal
-Checking in on the board
So you can get up to 5 points per day. Plus we can have a weekly challenge, which can give you extra points if you participate.
