<<<HUGS>>>
This might be hard to swallow, but if they are going to quit, let them. Now breathe, deeply. YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!! I promise!!!
Also put the 911 out to your CNS, local alumnae chapter members, and AAC members if you haven't already. While you're at it, consider contacting alums within a 1-2 hour radius if need be. What about community resources? Do any of the current active alums have a spouse who might be willing to be a board member? Is your Corp solid enough to hire an accountant to deal with the income & expenses side of things on behalf of the board? If so, it might be a beneficial move both for short and long term operations. Does the chapter use Omega Financial or FMA (or something similar)? While I'm on a roll, does the chapter have a parents' club? Any moms who are AIs who may be willing to help out?
Other than that, maybe work with your CNS to review your current CB bylaws to see if anything can be streamlined to make life easier on the CB volunteers. Other than recruiting new board members, are there any pressing summer projects planned/in process that also need your attention before school starts?
If there is **anything** at all I can do to help please do not hesitate to call, pm, email, whatever. You know how to find me.
Go get 'em, Kristi!
Roses,
Christin
