People know when they eat at McDonalds, KFC, BK know that it's bad for them... If you really want to know how bad it is the info is in a brochure that's typically prominently displayed in the store.
I'm getting a little tired of society with its "do not remove under penalty of law" tags on furniture and the warnings on cigarettes and beer.
I was just in Canada where when we bought cigarettes all we could find were these "Smoking Kills" brand cigarettes where essentially the package was simply a big warning label trying to scare consumers.
I honestly think that it's just an enterprising law firm trying to make history in tort law.. Even if they lose (and they probably will) this translates into HUGE free publicity for them... So for the lawyers this is definitely win-win.
